From what I have seen, there is a very big problem with addiction in my community. Every day there are drunk people in the streets causing problems for other people and for their self. I have seen people openly smoking marijuana. I have also seen people sitting around at the bus stops smoking crack. I have been offered drugs from many different people quite a few times. It is very sad that there is so much evil in this great city of Minneapolis. I personally know how it can be for someone struggling with drug addition.
